Plant Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to oversee plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and process efficiency. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance activities and ensure efficient functioning of machinery Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Handle equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams Maintain maintenance logs and operational reports Support installation and commissioning of new equipment Qualifications & Requirements: B.Tech 5–7 years of experience in plant maintenance or operations Experience in dairy or similar manufacturing industry preferred Strong knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance systems Ability to manage maintenance schedules and plant operations Key Skills: Technical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices Leadership and team coordination Process improvement and analytical thinking Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
