Welder

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our solar energy projects team. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks related to the fabrication and installation of solar structures, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding works for solar panel mounting structures and related components Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Cut, shape, and assemble metal components as required Ensure proper alignment and strong joints in structures Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and durability Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for smooth execution of work Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field Hands-on experience in ARC, MIG, or TIG welding Basic knowledge of fabrication and structural works Ability to read technical drawings Good physical stamina and attention to detail Knowledge of safety standards in construction/industrial sites Preferred Qualifications: Experience in solar or renewable energy projects Experience working on structural fabrication projects
